Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities

Understand Piano Vertu product offerings and market positioning.

Understand the full Piano Vertu offerings (lessons, programs and policies) in order to maximize each customer contact opportunity.

Support the musical development of existing students.

Process changes to lesson or teacher details
-
Create customer contact files
-
Process enrollment information
-
Follow-up, collection and upload Terms and Conditions
-
Enter financial information and set up automated payment plans
-
Enter data for summer lesson bookings
-
Perform other duties if required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (Might be required to work during weekends and evenings)

Qualifications
​

Previous experience in administrative and office support
-
Proven problem-solving ability
-
Above average typing speed (minimum 60 wpm)

Fully bilingual (oral & written) in English and French (Mandarin would be an asset)

Marketing Associate
Main responsibilities
​
-
Assists the sales team in various sales and administrative projects.
-
Executes various sales initiatives including researching new promotion campaigns, implementing marketing designs.

Coordinates in-store concerts and special musical events.
-
Prepares logistic arrangements for clients after sale, helping with follow-up to ensure customers' satisfaction with the purchase.

Updates promotion and store events on social media.
-
Maintains excellent business relationships with clients by providing accurate information and helping with problems or inquiries.
-
Assists with scheduling of classes of the music school.
-
Other administrative and sales support tasks, as needed.

Skills and qualities

Fully bilingual (oral & written) in English and French (Mandarin would be an asset)

Highly organized, able to work independently without supervision required

Strong interpersonal skill; must be able to communicate with customers over the phone or in person

Flexible and excited about supporting various unpredictable projects and schedules

High proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

High Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustration and indesign
